Dave was born in New England and spent many years enjoying the outdoors in that area, which still inspires him with his subjects that include wintry or beautiful autumn landscapes. He studied at Cornell University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he received his engineering degree, and at Sacred Heart University, where he completed his masters studies. He moved to Georgia with his wife and three children and continues to paint in his studio accompanied at times with one or more of his fourteen grandchildren.

Dave is a self – taught artist who prefers using acrylics and he continues to paint areas that he has spent time enjoying during his trips to the South Carolina low country and the Florida Gulf Coast.

Please enjoy viewing his work as he appreciates providing others with paintings or prints that remind them of favorite places and times, spent either alone in contemplation of nature (as Dave does) or with family and friends.
